Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about booking bus tickets and private drives with GoLetsGo — payment, e-tickets, changes, luggage and transfers.

How do I book a bus ticket?

Search your origin, destination and date, compare the operators and times, pick a seat, and pay online. Your e-ticket with a QR code arrives instantly.

How do I board with an e-ticket?

There is nothing to print. Arrive at the terminal 30 to 45 minutes early, find your operator's counter or gate, and show the QR code to board.

Can I get a refund or change my ticket?

Most fares can be cancelled, and cancellation terms are shown before you pay. Changes depend on the operator's policy for that fare.

What if there is no direct bus?

Use the connection planner. It finds a way through that changes buses once, and shows the operator counter numbers so you can confirm each leg.

How does a private drive work?

Drop a pin for pick-up and drop-off, set passengers and luggage, and leave a phone number. A driver confirms the trip and fare, usually within about an hour.

How much luggage can I bring on a bus?

Most operators allow one or two large bags in the hold plus a small bag with you. For a lot of luggage, a private drive is easier.

Still stuck? The operator counter numbers on the counters page connect you straight to the bus company.
